It’s so bloody tough to confidently forecast short & long-term business outcomes at the moment, right? It’s like picking the weather on any given day in Melbourne!
Now more than ever we must try to strike the right balance between being prudent & realistic whilst maintaining that aspirational passion for the longterm.
My business has just entered its 2nd year. Unlike past management positions I’ve held in established companies, I don’t have the luxury of leaning on historical performance to give me some line of sight into the future.
How are you forecasting your revenue, expenses & customer base through the next month, the end of Job-Keeper, into 2021 & beyond?
